Khamis awards El-Merriekh second win in a raw

Atlabara shot-stopper Khamis Daniel failed to hold to Nowa’s cross and the ball slid straight into the path of Sebit Dickson commonly known as Suarez, who made no mistake and rolled it at the back of an empty net.

Khamis will have the down pour to blame which made the ball smoother, but credit must go to Suarez for being at the right place as expected of a striker.

This was the last fixture for both teams and the result has not changed their league positions, Atlabara remained in the 5th with 36 points, two above El-Merriekh in the 6th spot.

Atlabara made some exciting and promising signings in December, though most of the players are yet to adopt to the league.

This puts them in a better position to compete next season, if only they can keep hold of all the players going into the transfer window in June.

Whereas, Coach Leo Adraa needs more 3 or 4 top class signings in the summer in order to return the club to glorious days.
