The former Coach of Super Star FC and St Mary FC Yambio has declared his candidacy for the position of Yambio Local Football Association head.

Speaking to the Press on Sunday, 10th April, 2022 in Yambio, Mr Ndepi said he is coming to address the administrative issues at the Association.

“If given this opportunity, we will jointly work to empower our coaches, referees and the club Administrators through capacity building trainings and improve on the documentation and filing system of the Association” Ndepi said.

On the other hand, Ndepi said his administration, if given the chance, will work to improve the administrative structure of YLFA through having a functional Board of Directors who will regularly meet to discuss affairs of the Association.

“We will also give attention to the proper accountability of all finances that are meant to run the Association and develop a lobbying strategy to bring on board well-wishers, companies and organizations to support football in the area” Ndepi added.

The electoral committee from South Sudan Football Association is expected in Yambio in the coming days to oversee the election of a new President of Yambio Local FA following resignation Felix Katie from the position in January, 2022.

Last week, Mr. Siba Martin, the former Director of Yambio Star FC became the first to express interest in running for the presidency of Yambio Local FA.
