Sudanese Club Al Nasser have reached agreement with Lobera on the transfer of midfielder Chol Peter for undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old is believed to have agreed personal terms with the new employers on a one year deal with possibility of extension.

Chol confirmed to tk SPORTS that he is not the only player in Sudan from Juba Local League, but Jack James and Mohammed Ibrahim, both from Munuki FC are in negotiations with same club.

Though, Munuki FC management were not aware of the initial arrangements but confirmed to tk SPORTS that Al Nasser communicated back to the club after the two players reaching Sudan.

The Snakes are yet to meet and discuss the deal on the table for the two influential players, that helped to guide them to their first ever league title.

Jack James ended the season as league’s top scorer with 19 goals from 23 games played, which earned him a place in the national team during the recent AFCON qualifiers and CHAN.

Loosing both players with transfer window already shut, Munuki will struggle in the first round of the season.

It has become a common practice that players find their way into other leagues without consent of their parent clubs.

The transfer system in the country needs to be tightened by South Sudan Football Association, so as to protect both players and clubs.
